Our Policies

Please have a read of our policies before attending your appointment.

Deposits

We require a £20 deposit for all manicure appointments. This amount will be deducted from the final cost at the end of your appointment.

The deposit amount will be taken when booking and your appointment will not be confirmed until we have received this.

Removals

We do not remove any form of extensions, for example, acrylics, dip powder, hard gel or press ons.

We offer free removals of our own product if you have a nail appointment on the same day. 

There will be a charge for removals from another salon.

Nail Repairs

If your gel needs repairing, your nail artist will fix these free of charge as long as we have been notified within 7 days of your appointment.

If it has been more than 7 days there will be a small fee per nail that needs to be repaired.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment please make sure to contact us more than 48hrs before the day of your treatment.

Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

We operate on a strict 48hr policy so please make sure you give us as much notice as possible.

Arriving late

Please make sure you show up on time to your appointments. Arriving later than 15 minutes into you treatment will result in your appointment needing to be reduced or rescheduled, in which case a new deposit will be required.
